lSampling Procedure
l The sampling design used in
this study was that of a purposive type under non-random
or judgment sampling procedure.
l Criteria in the selection of respondents included
teacher respondents to reduce bias of self-report. Superintendent, supervisors and
principals were also included for the purpose of validating further
the responses of the students.
lPursuant to this
selection scheme, a total of 209 elementary and secondary students;
106 demo and non-demo teachers; and 8 Administrators.
