METHODOLOGY
To come up with a valid set
of sample, the PNU Manila as the main proponent of this study, determined that
the evaluation be conducted in five (5) elementary and five (5) secondary
schools in each of the division of Isabela, Quezon, Negros Oriental, Agusan
del Sur and the National Capital Region.
The respondents in the study were grade six pupils, fourth year high
school students, Makabayan teachers and other program implementers of
participating schools, Makabayan area Supervisors, and the Division
Superintendent. The study had four
